Shipping Information

All wines are shipped UPS and require an adult signature. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. We recommend using your work address if you are away from home during the day. As an option, your shipments may be picked up directly from our tasting room.

As a small winery, we will package and ship your wines as soon as possible, with a target of under 5 business days.

We currently ship to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV and WY (subject to changing states laws).

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight of your order and the distance to be shipped. During summer months, we recommend adding the Cold Chain Shipping add-on to your order. Our store treats Cold Chain Shipping as a product, and thus you need to add it into your cart from the same online store page as the wines. All other shipping charges are calculated during checkout. 

Shipments of wine are generally required to be processed by a licensed wholesaler and delivered through a licensed retailer. Accordingly, all state excise, sales and other applicable taxes are reported and paid as required by law.

If a shipment is damaged or lost during transit, Stone Griffon Vineyard will work with the appropriate courier to resolved the issue within a 60 day period of the expected delivery date. Stone Griffon Vineyard cannot be responsible for any delivery issues that arise after the 60 day period.

 

Billing iNformation for Club Members

Credit cards will be debited on the day of the release party for "pickup only" club members, or upon shipping. An adult must be present for a signature for the shipment. If you have signed up for shipping, let us know two weeks prior to the pick up date that you will pick up in person.

The shipments will occur after the club pick up date, and the cost of the wine will be billed to your credit card just prior to shipping, or at pick up. You may cancel your membership at any time after the minimum membership period of two shipments. Cancelling prior to this will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
